The location was quite convenient, close to many sites.
The noise from the street was quite loud (especially at night). I was surprised there wasn't better soundproofing. The breakfast ending at 10 am, even on weekends, also seemed too early.

the hotel location allowed easy walks to many attractions. the staff was always helpful, providing useful information. i found a tea and coffee station conveniently placed on my floor.
the air conditioning was not active , resulting in a warm room.

the staff provided prompt service and clear directions when requested. i appreciate that the reception staff was attentive and offered useful advice regarding local attractions and transportation options. eduardo was especially knowledgeable and provided really good assistance.

breakfast was located just across the street from the building. the coffee served was excellent. there were several tables outside, with a nice view of the street.
